A man is in custody after police responded to reports of a shooting in the Bronx early Sunday morning.
Sources tell NBC News that police were called to the 1300 block of West 79th Street at about 1:15 a.m. for reports of shots fired.
Police said the man, a 37-year-old man, was taken into custody and has been charged with attempted murder and armed criminal action.
Police said he was not injured.
